Week 4

After 3 weeks in the books we are starting to see who the contenders and who the pretenders are. A big welcome to Kerry and PFN.

Diamond Match of the Week
EPL (3-0) vs PP (2-1)- EPL has been owning teams as they are the only undefeated team in the Diamond Division. Ant has been lights out as usual and has brought l3lack_jesus along for the ride. Top to bottom they are the best team in UIC without any doubt. PP is looking for a shocker, and I dont mean their leading player. PP will need their top team plus some to pull off this upset but they do keep it close.

EPL over PP 3-2

SS (0-3) vs EC (1-2) - SS, we all know the story. Nigel runs his mouth saying they are good but yet no wins and only 4 games won. I will give SS credit they played EPL pretty tough, well alot tougher then I thought they would. EC has been somewhat of a disappointment. A team that had a good regular season has started slow but they have enough to hold off even a more sluggish SS team.
EC over SS 3-2

DC (1-2) vs LPL (2-1) - DC hasn't been as strong as I thought they could be. Englishman seems to be the only player that is showing up to shoot for them. They will need alot more then 1 solid player to pull off this upset. LPL has a solid team and could be a the second best in the division. I hope englishman speaks Spanish cause its adios for DC.
LPL over DC 4-1

UP (2-1) vs FR (1-2) - On paper you would think UP should roll with this one but UP has not been the same team as they were last season and in MLP and PLC the past few seasons. They haven't been getting full teams and they haven't been shooting smart. FR has a few decent players but not the caliber of UP.
UP over FR 3-2

Emerald Division

BP (2-1) vs DS (2-1) - Well anyone who has been around pool long enough DS and BP have alot of players who play in both leagues and in PRO shoot under the DS name. Ross and Tim know each other well and it should be like a chess match on who's shooting when. This match could go either way and will come down to a 5th game decider. Linda will pull through in the clutch.
DS over BP 3-2

Match of the Week
MP (2-1) vs BnR (3-0) - BnR jumped all over DS last week winning 3-2 and MP should be undefeated if it was for the cam mishap. BnR has gotten alot better with alot of new players shooting for them. MP has just found a way to get it done. With Simon and Jason you would think that this would be an easy BnR win but MP won't give in that easy.
BnR over BP 3-2

PFN (0-3) vs DP (1-2) - Not much to say here. DP has beaten an easy EP team, no showed and lost a tough one to DS 3-2. PFN is interlg perfection. All they do is win. DP doesn't stand any kind of chance here. Kerry has a hugh welcome back to UIC.
PFN over DP 5-0

TC (2-1) vs EP (0-3) - Well this will be a coming out party for TC to show the rest of UIC they are for real. I said from the beginning that TC was a team to watch and after a hugh win here TC will be 3-1 and in the hunt for the top spot. EP has some good players that just haven't done to much.
TC over EP 4-1
